Sala is a natural addition to the Villa and an extension of the hospitality and care that has established the older sister Stagioni as a neighborhood mainstay. Growing from the desire to not only honor the historic beauty of “The Villa” but also to push new experiences within the space, Sala was dreamt up to provide an intimate space to relax, unwind and grab a drink all in a setting that connects history and revelry.
Sala reimagines past revelry with reflections of bright light cast from marble, looming ornate ceilings, and intricate tile inlay that evoke the French and Italian influences that inspire our cocktails. Sala is a space to start your evening in stylish spirit, or to close it in the warm glow of a storied and romantic hideaway. A space that satiates.

Our drinks draw influence from France and Italy with a focus on simple cocktails and a focused use of fresh ingredients to make drinks that would make the enigmatic previous villa owner Blanche proud. While we may not fill a swimming pool with champagne like Blanche, we will serve seasonal cocktails that twist convention but never venture into pretense.
